Contract Floors Ltd is a well-established, family run business, whose founder and director, Richard Atherton has over 45 years of experience in the flooring industry. Although we have grown over the years, we have retained our original values, supplying and installing high quality products, whilst offering a professional service and advice.
Contract Floors Ltd is built on a background of flooring ancestry with Richard Atherton our Managing Director, being a third-generation flooring expert, and project manager Lily Webb, fourth generation. Together they lead and work alongside our team of commercial and domestic installers, who are specialists in all areas of flooring preparation and installation.In addition to this we also supply and install wood flooring, artificial grass and specialist sports surfaces.
We are primarily a commercial flooring company working with a wide range of both private and public sector clients. These include several local authorities, NHS Trusts, colleges, schools and nurseries, hospitals, hotels, charities and select construction companies. We also have several long standing and ongoing contracts with local social housing groups. Our work ranges from small one-off and bespoke jobs and contracts, to large scale contracts and partnerships within multi million pound building projects. This is expanding yearly.
We are a Blackpool based company, expanding in 2011 to our current premises with our warehouse, office and showroom all under one roof, at the easily accessible Whitehills Business Park. Our warehousing space is in excess of 2600 square feet, located alongside our newly refurbished suite of offices, conference room and parking spaces, facilitating communication between departments and improving efficiency for our customers.
